Article 5 - Delivery

5.1 - General

The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.

a - Delivery costs

Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products. They are added to the total price of the basket during the purchasing process. The amount of MAHWORLD's delivery costs may vary depending on the recipient's country and the weight of the package.

b- Delivery times

MAHWORLD cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as this depends on the schedules of the delivery partners.

c - Delay during delivery

Your MAHWORLD company allows itself to notify delivery estimates of up to seven days. However, if it was not able to make delivery on the expected date, or at least estimated for a reason which falls under its responsibility, you have the right to demand reimbursement for the product, but in no case will it reimburse you additional products.

On the other hand, if it was unable to make delivery on the scheduled date for a reason which is not its responsibility (for example: absence of the recipient or an incorrect address), it will not be able to reimburse you.

e - Delivery times

Your company MAHWORLD takes the liberty of disclosing a certain range corresponding to the possible delivery time. This is to avoid any dispute in the event of late or unplanned delivery.

The MAHWORLD company then estimates delivery of its products within seven working days.

f - Location

Our offices are located in Paris. Deliveries are then guaranteed on working days only.

When you order several products at the same time and they have different delivery times, the delivery time of the order is based on the furthest delivery time. MAHWORLD however reserves the right to split shipments. Participation in processing and shipping costs will only be charged for a single shipment.

8.3 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

8.4 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
